• Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived after 45 days from the shipping date.

• Damaged/Defective Item: If you receive a defective or damaged product and notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos or video).

• Or, a Refund of 75% of the product price (25% covers delivery and processing fees).

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
