Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. In the future, we may add PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience.

Q: Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant and encrypted systems. We do not store your card details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@milaandmae.com. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 10–20 business days
  • Maximum delivery time: 45 days

Q: Do you provide tracking?
Yes, every order comes with a tracking number once shipped. You'll receive it via email.

Q: What materials are your products made of?
Our collections include sterling silver, stainless steel, and plated jewelry. Please check each product description for specific material details.

Q: Will my jewelry tarnish?
With proper care, your jewelry will remain beautiful for years. Please see our Jewelry Care Instructions page for tips.

Q: Are gemstones or crystals real?
We use a mix of natural stones and lab-created stones, depending on the design. Any "healing" or "spiritual" descriptions are for aesthetic purposes only and not medical advice.

Q: What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order does not arrive within 45 days of shipping, you may request a reshipment or a 75% refund (25% covers delivery and processing fees).

Q: What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will reship your item for free or issue a 75% refund.

Q: Do you accept general returns?
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or size issues. Returns are only accepted for defective/damaged items or non-delivery.
